We believe quality mental health care should be as accessible as possible. Our standard session fees are listed on this page. We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with financial need — please ask.

We accept limited insurances as we are an out-of-network provider. We can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

We recommend calling your insurance provider and asking about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session. Many clients receive 40–70% reimbursement.
